- By submitting this registration form you acknowledge that you are authorized within the company to do so, and that your company fully understands and accepts the following terms.
- This registration is subject to confirmation by MOBOTIX AG. Only once you have received a confirmation will the registration be considered binding.
- You also agree that any photos taken during our event can be used and made public by MOBOTIX.
- MOBOTIX agree to cover hotel and catering costs as outlined in the event agenda. MOBOTIX will not cover flight, travel and other incidental expenses incurred before, during or after your stay.
All cancellations must be done in writing to partner-summit@mobotix.live.
- Cancellation and No-Shows: Due to the significant costs involved, a cancellation fee of EUR 400 will be charged for all cancellations received after Friday, 2 March 2018 and for all no-shows.
Protection of your personal data
Your personal data is stored by MOBOTIX AG on a server in the Federal Republic of Germany with state-of-the-art protection and is secured against unauthorized access. MOBOTIX AG employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to personal data.
MOBOTIX AG will not pass on your personal data to a third party at any time without your express consent, unless
- passing on this information is necessary in order to implement offers or provide the services you wish to use.
- an enforceable official or court order exists.
